Please keep the following details and documents ready for eKYC:

  1. PAN copy (for proof of Identity and for CKYC records).
  2. Proof of Address:
    • For offline Aadhaar XML option, Aadhaar XML downloaded from UIDAI website which is not more than 3 days old.
    • For non-Aadhaar option (Officially Valid Document (OVD) + Video IPV), Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / NREGA Job card.
    • For Aadhaar OTP option, Aadhaar Number or Virtual ID to be provided. An OTP shall be triggered to your Email ID / Mobile number registered with Aadhaar database for authentication and address verification.
  3. Ration Card, Lease / Rental Agreement, Landline / Mobile Bill / Electricity Bill / Gas Bill / Flat Maintenance Bill / Government Issued Allotment of Accommodation (for proof of correspondence address if it is not same as permanent address).
  4. Signed copy of cancelled cheque image for bank mandate verification.
  5. Signature image
